DELIVERY AND RETURNS DETAILS
We send all our parcels via Royal Mail and you will receive a dispatch email once your purchase has been dispatched to the email address you used to place your order with. All our parcels will come well packaged to avoid damage and will contain lots of pink magic.
Orders placed with Standard Shipping (1st or 2nd class) will be despatched within 5 working days.
Standard second class delivery is £3.50.
Standard first class delivery is £4.50.
For a single card order, delivery is just £1.75.
Please note orders that include personalised items will take up to 10 working days to be posted.
Royal Mail advises delivery for services can be up to 5-7 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you to contact the Royal Mail first to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (21 working days).

We do also ship worldwide.
All returns and shipping are payable by the customer. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of your parcel arriving with you. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your return. We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service. Please ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it. Once we have received your parcel back, we will refund you, minus the postage costs we have already spent. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions or queries about returns or to find out the returns address.
We don't currently accept exchanges. Items must be refunded and a new order placed for an exchange to take place.
"I would like to change item/s that I have ordered"
We will try to help where possible but we are unable to amend your order once your order is confirmed if we have already picked your order to pack and amendments cannot be guaranteed.
"I need to change personalisation details on my order"
We advise our customers to please be very careful when adding personalisation details to their order, your order will be personalised as per your note at the checkout with the same spelling/grammar/colour you have given us.
Orders cannot be guaranteed to be amended once confirmed. Please also be aware that personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please always double check your personalisation details before you place the order. If the notes section is left blank, your item/s will not be personalised.

"I’ve made serval orders, please can I combine them?"
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders that we receive, we are unable to combine orders unless it has been previously agreed with Leah or Piers via email email@example.com
"I’d like to cancel my order"
To cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org Please note, your order can only be cancelled if your order has not already been picked at the packing station. Orders placed during launch or sale periods cannot be cancelled due to increased workload.
